Established in 2003 by Simeon Hudson-Evans, Fromage to Age specialises in the care, storage and distribution of artisan cheeses, in particular from Great Britain; France; Italy; Spain; Holland and Switzerland to restaurants; hotels; pubs and retail outlets.

Our emphasis is on product quality, paired with great customer service. We are passionate about good food and quality products. We feel that it is important to share this passion with you, so you can pass it onto your clients. Selling cheese over a counter or at a restaurant table is all about telling a story. We offer staff product training, help and advice on product promotions and displays, as well as sharing our enthusiasm and knowledge.

In 2013, Fromage to Age was acquired by Aubrey Allen.  This partnership deal has triggered a significant investment into the extension and development of its Coventry headquarter premises, which now provides a dedicated building for the care, storage and distribution of the wide range of cheeses to restaurants, hotels and pubs.
